DUE TO DAILY INVENTORY CHANGES, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until we have received your return and issued you store credit. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
Our policy last 14 days from the day you make your purchase. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not accept your return. Merchandise may be retuned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s)must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Please mail these back to our location in a package or bag, if returning shoes please return the box undamaged and do not place a shipping label or tape on the box, place inside another box.

Once your return is received and inspected for acceptable conditions, then your refund will be processed as store credit. This will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card which will not expire and can be used toward any future purchases Please allow 24-48 hours for store credit to be processed and emailed.

We can only refund your purchase back to original payment if the items are defective, damaged, or in the case of an exchange as listed above. We are a small store, doing our best we can to provide unique and good quality products for our customers. We will offer a refund if the product is damaged or if we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns, will be issued store credit.

Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and /or purchase shipping insurance, as we a cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed in a second box to protect them from further damage.

- All items sent back to use are ineligible for a return will be held until the customers pays another $6.95 shipping fee to have the item(s) mailed back to them.
- Lost packages: We will do all we can to help you find your lost package, but please understand once the package is in the hands of USPS or another shipping service the The Tiki Hut is not held responsible.
- Please keep in mind WE DO NOT COVER return shipping cost.
